Begin by scheduling a meeting with one of our patient service representatives to discuss your needs and concerns—at no charge to you. We can conduct the assessment in a home, hospital, or care facility to ensure that everyone involved is able to participate in the decision making process.

A Comprehensive Care Plan

Once we get to know you and understand your needs, we develop a comprehensive care plan that describes in detail the services we will deliver to you. We offer assistance in four basic categories:

• Hourly personal attendants provide care and assistance 4 to 24 hours per day hours per day on any days you choose.
• Respite Care.
• Hospice care offers services to clients who have been diagnosed with terminal or late-stage conditions. All Seasons personal attendants work closely with hospice to provide nonmedical care for clients.

Our services are flexible. Scheduled changes can be made as needed. Respite care is offered to family members as needed.
