About the Owner
Founder and owner Lou Ann Mowry is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) with a background in Respiratory Therapy and over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Her commitment to providing independence for seniors living in the comfort of their own homes is the foundation of her life's work.
Lou Ann began her career in 1982 as a Respiratory Therapist working at a trauma center in her hometown of Charleston, WV.
After relocating to Northern California in 1986, Lou Ann worked at Stanford Hospital briefly before transitioning to a durable medical equipment company (DME).
Finding homecare to be her passion, she began working at a private-duty care agency in 2002. Following a sudden closure, Lou Ann pursued her calling and had the opportunity to open All Seasons Homecare in 2007.
Dedicated to providing the highest quality of life to seniors, Lou Ann has continued to support the senior community and their families throughout the Bay Area.
After over 30 years of marriage to her husband Bill and raising two beautiful, independent daughters, Lou Ann enjoys spending her free time with friends and family and she especially enjoys taking long walks outdoors.

Unfortunately or fortunately, Lou Ann receives daily calls from families in a crisis scenario, not knowing what to do next or who to turn to. Many times families are handed a long list of agencies and told to do their own research, while under the pressure to make a quick decision. When Lou Ann receives these calls, she has a natural mannerism and a calming voice on the phone to listen, diffusioning the client's anxiety by helping find solutions.

Christina joined All Seasons Homecare in 2016. She has over 20 years of experience working in the senior care industry, including homecare, health care and hospice.
She started her career working with individuals with developmental disabilities before she joined our team.
Clients describe Christina as being kind, compassionate, and always responsive in communication. They appreciate how quick she is to respond and how upbeat and positive she is, no matter what the circumstances are.
Christina truly cares about her clients and ensures they get the care they desire and need. We are so grateful to have her as part of the All Seasons Homecare team.
