Founder and owner Lou Ann Mowry is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) with a background in Respiratory Therapy and over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her commitment to providing independence for seniors living in the comfort of their own homes is the foundation of her life's work.
Lou Ann began her career in 1982 as a Respiratory Therapist working at a trauma center in her hometown of Charleston, WV. After relocating to Northern California in 1986, Lou Ann worked at Stanford Hospital briefly before transitioning to a durable medical equipment company (DME). Finding homecare to be her passion, she began working at a private-duty care agency in 2002. Following a sudden closure, Lou Ann pursued her calling and had the opportunity to open All Seasons Homecare in 2007. Dedicated to providing the highest quality of life to seniors, Lou Ann has continued to support the senior community and their families throughout the Bay Area.
After over 30 years of marriage to her wonderful husband Bill and raising two beautiful, independent daughters, Lou Ann enjoys spending her free time with friends and family. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling and being outdoors.
