A Comprehensive Assistance Plan

Once we get to know you and understand your situation, we develop a comprehensive plan that describes in detail the services we will deliver to you. We offer assistance in four basic categories:

• Live-in caregivers provide 24-hour service seven days a week for as short or long a term as you need.
• Hourly live-out caregivers provide care and assistance four hours to eight hours per day on any days you choose.
• Respite care is offered on a short term basis to support family members or other caregivers when they need to take a break from care activities.
• Hospice care offers home services to patients who have been diagnosed with terminal or late-stage ailments. All Seasons caregivers work closely with hospice to provide nonmedical care for patients with these delicate conditions.

Our assistance service are entirely flexible. We can make adjustments at any time in response to changing circumstances and health status.

Interview Your Caregiver

After our assessment has been completed and hours have been determined, we select a suitable caregiver or caregivers from our staff and make that person available for an interview with your family. We want to be sure you and the care recipient are entirely comfortable with the relationship. After the selection process, each caregiver receives a thorough orientation before entering the home. We continue to monitor care on a regular and consistent basis to ensure your complete satisfaction.
